1 Application Process                            

  • Fill out the Online Application form
  • Submit copy of High school diploma and Transcript of records/ required scores (both in English or Turkish)
  • Copy of official university transcript.
  • Official course descriptions 
  • Passport Copy
  • Copy of an English proficiency test (TOEFL, FCE), if available.

 

Please note that in order to transfer the credits of your previous studies to our university, you need to submit an application as a freshman student first.

To be eligible to enrol as an international transfer student at AU, students must have completed, or be registered for, one year of full-time study at another institution which is recognized by the Turkish Higher Education Board.

2 Deposit payment

Once you receive Offer Letter from Altinbas University advance tuition deposit of 1000 USD.

For MEDICINE – DENTISTRY – PHARMACY half of the tuition fee will be deposited. 

Once your deposited payment is received, we will prepare your official Acceptance Letter.

This non-refundable deposit will be considered as a guaranty of applicant’s intent to enroll at Altinbas University and deducted from the tuition fee at registration.

3 Registration                      

Documents required for registration:

  • The original of undergraduate diploma and its notarized Turkish or English translation.
  • The original of undergraduate transcript and its notarized Turkish or English translation.
  • Copy of your passport
  • Tuition fee bank receipt
  • Copy of your student visa
  • 6 passport size photos
